Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at www.advrcm.com (the “Site”), which is owned and operated by Advantage RCM & Consulting, Inc. (“Advantage RCM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Virginia corporation. By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
The Site is provided for general informational purposes regarding the medical billing, revenue cycle management, and consulting services offered by Advantage RCM. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of the Site by, any third party.
You agree that you will not:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any systems or networks connected to the Site;

- Use any automated means, including bots, scrapers, or crawlers, to access or collect content from the Site without our prior written consent; or

No Protected Health Information
The Site is not intended for the transmission of protected health information (PHI) as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). Do not submit patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, insurance identifiers, or any other individually identifiable health information through the Site’s contact forms or general email addresses. Advantage RCM exchanges PHI with its clients only through secure, contractually authorized channels governed by executed Business Associate Agreements.
No Professional Relationship
Use of the Site, including submitting an inquiry through any contact form, does not create a client, consulting, or business associate relationship between you and Advantage RCM. A service relationship is established only upon the execution of a written services agreement signed by both parties. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, medical, coding, compliance, or financial advice.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, page layouts, and downloadable materials, is the property of Advantage RCM & Consulting, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
